There's too many of us, but we have few!

As a nation, Albanians are noted for generosity, skill, accountability, trust and hope. But are we maintaining these virtues when we are able to obtain a state, public position? The reality says NO, and hope says yes, because we're willing to sing “We have many reasons to search for what we [...] have
We have many reasons to search for what we lack, to be tormented, to be legal:
In number we have many legal acts, but some difficult to implement because of their non-aanalysis of implementation and their impact on the entire lives of the population;
We have Government with 21 ministries, with 80 deputy ministers and many advisers, but we have so many problems that we have a man who knows what the problem hurts more, and on the other hand we have so little work results, no accountability;
We have so many vows and promises from those who have given them vote of confidence, but we have little realisation of those promises;
We have many protests and strikes, but we have little reality in their purpose. More influenced by politics, less have the good purpose for which they manifest themselves;
We have many debates, tables, analysis of the country's major needs and problems, but we have few concrete ideas for resolving them;
The total number of people in the Republic of Kosovo 30% are children”, according to the Statistics Agency, but we still don't have a specific law on their protection.
Painful is the giving of the Coalition of Child Protection Organizations ( COMMF included 22 The NGO, which was joined yesterday by 3 other organisations, where it says:” 10.7% of children are engaged in work, 6.8% of children work dangerous jobs, 90% of children with special needs do not have access to education, health, social services. ”
It has been warned that children will receive $10 a month, but more than paradox, not all children will benefit from that amount. We estimate that $2,000 costs travel from villages to the bank, which puts $2 for its service, so it's worth $ 6. Less than charity.
Of the many laws we have and little effect on the effectiveness we receive, the Nutritional Support Act for Families With Limited Skills guarantees material support only to children with permanent disabilities, excluding those with special partial needs, which, not rarely for financial lack of disease treatment, children pass from those with partial health limitations to permanent limited ability. Even so, the amount given is insufficient, 100m a month that does not fully meet their needs.
How little and how little we have of soul, how irresponsible and uncalculative we are is indicating the condition of our children, the most fragile and angelic creatures in society!
We also need to work at night and not sleep to minimize problems and find solutions from the best choices. Today, we need and have time to lose in strikes and protests (unless they are right of us), since we need our actions more, the actions that strengthen us as a country, and the desire of each human to act and live in this country and not to think about leaving Kosovo as an alternative to satisfying vital needs.
