Protests tense in Albania, protesters burn tires and hunt police

Protesters have started throwing capolas in the direction of the police cord that stands ahead of the Parliament's entry into Albania. Protesters have also burned tires in protest as they proceed with the casting of captols. While outside it is protesting, in the Parliament MPs are holding sessions. Four new SAA deputies have already been sworn in.
