About a year after their expulsion at Turkey's request, the Turkish Prosecutor for Pre-prisoned Suspects seeks prison sentences of 16 years and six months to 28 years and six months on charges “running an armed terrorist organisation” and “International spy”, according to media reports in Turkey, writes Koha Ditore.

The deportation of six Turkish citizens, at the end of March last year, has resulted in violations which have been outlined by various institutions.
However, the State Prosecutor has not advanced in investigating those who carried out the illegal deportation. According to newspaper sources, the prosecutor in the case has not even made a decision to investigate any official involved in the expulsion.
Five of the six Turkish citizens, who were arrested and deported to Turkey, worked at school institutions “Goulistan”, while one was a doctor at the American Hospital.
The paper has contacted the media co-ordinator at Special Prosecutor Syla Hoxha, who has shown what they have done so far in this case.
