K.S. in a drunken state, after a dispute with now the injured, his wife, P.S., had hit and knocked him down, while his mother intervened, trying to stop the defendant who was attacking his wife, the same one hit his mother, R.S.
The case occurred on March 4th, in the village of Hoca the Great, Rahovec's municipality, right at the suspect's house.
The prosecutor in the case of the defendants has demanded a 30-day detention measure.
