Pec Court Releases Serb Charged for War Crimes in Kosovo

The Constitutional Court in Pec ʹ the Department for Criminal Crimes has declared a free trial against M.Z. indictees of the Serb community. The defendants are therefore obstructed from house arrest.
Against this act, the parties have the right to file 15-day complaints from the receiving day. The complaint is sent to the Court of Appeals in Pristina through this trial.
