Ervin Mata, the fiancé of Elvana Dures, has left his cell. The court has decided on Monday the security measure “due presentation” for mata, despite the prosecution asking for “prison arrest”. Mata surrendered Friday evening, accompanied by the lawyer.
The murder that shook public opinion all evening on October 4th, in one of Tirana's most frequent areas, the Block. Fabil Gaja was killed at this event as Ervis Martinaj and Elion Haton were wounded.
