Limaj: Precious should remind us that freedom is due to the Yasar family sacrifice

Honors at the Jashar family cemetery on the 21st anniversary of “The KLA's era has also made the Social Democrat Initiative party.

Kosovo deputy prime minister Fatmir Limaj has said that coming to Prekaz should serve to remember that what they enjoy is the result of a family sacrifice.

“Today, as if every year on this sacred date the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, Albanians everywhere are coming to honor and express respect and humility before a great personality, which changes the courses of history not only of Kosovo, not just of the Albanian nation, but of the region I believe. Coming to Prekaz should serve for all of us to remember that what we now have and enjoy is the result of a Bible sacrifice unknown to this part of Europe. From a large family and from a major leader of the liberation war such as the legendary commander and duty for the rest of us living to continue on the path of realising our goals to have a strong, free Kosovo, a well-being and democratic”, Limaj said.

On March 5,6 and 7th of 1998, one of the most important battles of the Kosovo Liberation Army, where legendary Commander Adem Jashar and other members of this family have heroicly fallen.

In honour of the 21st anniversary of “The KLA era” today, the Assembly holds a solemn session, as well as in the afternoon, a memorial academy is held.
