Three of the companies MI has signed contracts, according to KDI, in their bids have declared that they pay workers at 0.01; 0.10; 0.20, and 0.30 per hour of work.

With the admission of these bids, the Ministry of Infrastructure has legitimised the rights of the workers protected with the Labour Law, as well as acted contrary to the regulations and Operational Guide for Public Procurement”, KDI says.
