Haradinaj has said the Army will not be used against anyone, in the south or in the north.
He has said that in co-operation with the internationals they will do Kosovo the way they wanted it first.
“Today all the liberation generations of Kosovo are reunited here. Kosovo's military will not be used against the people of Kosovo, either in the south or in the north. In co-operation with the internationals, we will do Kosovo the way they wanted the first one. The honor and praise of each army is in their doctrine.
