Yesterday, the US State Department delegation was in Belgrade, while today it came to Pristina. Their goal is clear: to end once and for all the most dangerous rivalry in this corner of Europe between Albanians and Serbs. If for a moment we unlock the elegantness of diplomatic language, it does not take long to remember that the message they try to convey to the leaders of Belgrade and Pristina, said brutally, could be summed up in three sentences:

Kosovo's north today is for Kosovo as it once was for Serbia. A part of the territory, largely inhabited by Serbs who do not want to be part of Kosovo, on which Pristina authorities have no control and goods had to be as soon as a solution was found;

Albania Etnik and Serbia Etnik [Do not call them big] do not exclude each other, and

The time to end this chapter in your history is now. But time is not unlimited: therefore, you political leaders may not be rushing, but your Americans and people are. That too, too.

Why right now?

What makes this year the ideal <x0moment to end the Albanian problem {Serbian” and do decisionmakers in Belgrade and Pristina understand the seriousness and importance of the problem?

Historically, Serbs have always been a part of the aggressive appetites, and have witnessed readiness for major sacrifices defined by the non-racial [World War I] to build as big and as powerful a state as possible.

They have also mastered the destruction of the great or ideological order that has ruled this area as: The Ottoman Empire, that Habsburg and the third row. And, after every major attraction, they have come out with more territory and influence especially at the expense of Albanians. This, until the destruction of the last great order...

Indecisive that in the direction of the t dealt with, extremely badly, and divided into ideological lines 20 years after the fall of the Berlin Wall, during which they experienced territorial and economic contractions, demoralisation and international isolation, Serbs are slipping dangerously towards the status of Irelevance, even in regional season.

The good news for Serbia is that their political elite seems to have finally understood the film.

Today, in Belgrade, politicians far less listen to the Senate academics and priestly hear, and much more, the whistle on the citizens' guts.

When in Belgrade they say loud and publicly that “we have no key without solving the problem with Albanians” and “the issue solved with Kosovo cannot enter Europe” is evidence that, according to all likelihood, the voice of reason has reached in Belgrade.

This new wave in the rezoning and approach to official politics in Belgrade is already being seen and clearly heard in every public statement, so there is not left unhurt in Washington.

The U.S. administration, unlike Europeans, does not give up the possibilities and, as a result, the American Pax is being repeated in Europe many times. For us Albanians who have usually benefited from American initiatives after we were victims, this time it seems to be a little different: this time Serbs have tanks in garages and have not compiled resolutions on mandatory terms yet without starting negotiations.

Serbian list of wishes

Despite the semantic differences, most in Belgrade now seeks to end the biggest trouble with Albanians. And here the semantics begins: what some in Pristina are calling “partition of Kosovo”, while in Belgrade they tell “razgrainije as a remandation”.

For Serbs, the definition between two peoples is the difference between two peoples. In this case, the definition of Serbs and Albanians at the state level, rather than drawing the Kosovo state border. Until recently this has been the main obstacle to developing any dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade. For Serbs until recently, major issues such as the border between the two peoples should only be talked to those they considered worthy: it was and it is still Tirana. Several times, Serbian officials have publicly stated amid lines that behind closed meetings' doors have insisted that “have nothing against Albanian Ethnic”, but much harder to overcome the fact about the existence of two Albanian states.

However [it is time to say this publicly], the biggest step towards Pristina's accession as a partner in the negotiating phase in Brussels was achieved during Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama's visits to Belgrade and the subsequent activities of Albanian diplomacy. As Western diplomats “say, a rare example and a lot of hopefuls, in the Balkan Souza, of successful initiatives, without the mediation of powers”.

There is still an unconfirmed threat of conversation between Eddie Rama and Alexander Vucichti, where he tells Edith: “I fear that they [Kosovars] will not hear anything from”. And it is said that after refusing to remove the tax, Vuciq had reminded someone of the conversation with Eddie Rama.

PRIESTINE

This new wave from Belgrade, Pristina has so far responded with mixed emotions. Despite the impression created, the 100 per cent tax on Serbian products is not the biggest problem, nor does it rank too high on the list of problems [because when Americans decide that it really will be removed, it will be removed and the day of its suspension I believe we will learn today]. Therefore, it is good that as far as the border issue is concerned between Kosovo and Serbia, either how they are telling the Albanian Serb border in Pristina, it is good to explain the opinion to certain things.

Where do we start this part?

In Kosovo, starting from about half of last year, mainly the needs of the day's internal policy have been inflated and demonised beyond the mass of Kosovo's “partition”. Activist politicians, assisted by European bureaucratics, sometimes patriotic and at times with apocalypseic predictions about the consequences of partitioning, try to distort the reality that it is about exchange of territories or how many diplomats “say to update a border that has been imposed on war”.

Europeans always forget that the enormous Balkan borders are primarily the result of their stupidness and policy clientists against the Balkans yet do not think they can accept that the Balkans themselves correct their borders if they become free of violence or pressure.

But this division is not separation, but exchange. And in view of the volume of the exchange, it is more likely that the correcting of the border. So if the parties agree, Kosovo will give, but will also take territory. I'm going to give you the territory from which no taxes are collected, the territory in which the word governing of the law is just an idea, the territory from which smuggling damage no one is able to account, the territory from which they are not paid or electricity bills, or in fact, whose bills are paid to the rest of the citizens dealt with, and the territory from which representatives paid from the Kosovo budget are delegated, but who have no responsibility to the Kosovo Constitution. [C] These are only a small selection of Mitrovica's northern problems.

So, the Kosovo territory section, which is on the table for “Update” is Kosovo's only on paper. It's about the left-hand side of the Iber River, and no one in Kosovo, from the upside down prime minister, has even the slightest idea of what benefits Kosovo has, in addition to continuing trouble, and how and when and how this part may at least look like integrated territory. The same is true of those in Brussels, who should remember that for 20 consecutive years they're hanging out with O The SEU and EULEX around here first without having to move a single stone from the country. So the order is now to keep quiet.

When it comes to Lake Weyman, the work is different, this is because the lake contains assets without which Kosovo needs no one. Kosovo's entire coal is not worth even five money if water from the lake is not exploited in the process of producing electricity. Kosovo has no other source for this destination, so the remnant of Lake under Kosovo control is existential issues.

Recognisors of this type of conflict say that in addition to restoring physical control over the lake's surface, the long-term solution should be made with trilateral agreements for exploitation and protection, not for ownership, in the middle of Kosovo, which has 90% of Lake Serbia, by 10% and Montenegro, from which the entire amount of water comes. Montenegrins owe us little to the mountains, and from that perspective, the demarcation looks like not a bad investment.

What does Kosovo gain with this update, wrongly called partition?

Obviously, talks on the details of the border line will not be easy about which parts of Serbia will enter into Kosovo, but acknowledging the fetishist stance that Balkans have towards land, first as quantity and then as quality, no one has ever mentioned proportion at 1:1.

So Kosovo will earn tens of thousands of taxpayers and municipalities that will create revenues for the budget in exchange for an endless financial basket. Someone with little talent for calculation can easily account for how much more euros a year each citizen of Kosovo will win. Later, Kosovo, but Serbia will also be removed from risk and potential sites for destabilisation and more importantly: local politicians will finally probably start dealing with the daily problems of citizens, hospitals and schools, with the construction of the state of welfare and justice, as a replacement for the state that full-time work deals with the risk of Serbia and its ally Russia.

However, the tax and accuracy of the border were not listed as the most important issues of resolution of Serbia-Kosovo-Albania, because after the satisfactory demarcation of the sentences between the two peoples and prior to the signing of any historic document, representatives of Tirana, Belgrade and Pristina must come to terms for political architecture that will regulate the issues between the two peoples, and at this point the list of interested ones increases greatly. From neighboring countries to the EU, Russia and of course the US, they all want to know that “What nxt”?
