A éarnaut dreams of the National of Kosovo, but this rule is denying it to play for the Newarians.

Only one reason is keeping Besiktas' football player, Nejip Wysal, whose history with “Dardians” has started three years ago. Bajram Shala, the national manager who is trained by Bernard Challandes, has said that Wysalin is keeping a Turkish Football Federation rule away from Kosovo.
He [Wysal, v.j] could lose the status of the local player in Turkey if he came to Kosovo”, Shala has said, while saying this is the only reason why the 28-year-old of Albanian origin has not joined Kosovo so far.
“Normically that Uysal did not allow him to lose this status”. Shala has said that Wysal has expressed interest in joining Kosovo after the first matches of the League of Nations.
I talked to Nejip after the first national game.
He has had an interest in coming; he has even been very interested in coming to Kosovo, both he and his agents”, continued the manager of the Kosovo national government, in a proposal for the Insport.
Wysal has recently placed a picture of the Kosovo flag near Turkey's social network.

Wysal had been near Kosovo three years earlier, when ex-selector Albert Bunnjak was ready to approach it to “Dardians”.
Bulnjak had expressed optimism about the approach of Uysal, but that never happened.
“Right after U EFA accepted us, we contacted Wysal and his manager. Nexhip is descended from Kosovo, and Kosovo's representative wants to offer him this uniform. In our first talks, we are quite optimistic”, Bunjak said in an interview for Turkish media in 2016.
Wysal has held only one match with Turkey. He had debuted with the Turkish representative on May 20, 2010, in a friendly relationship with Honduras.
It has been the first and last time Albanian footballer has played with the Turkish representative.
He plays in the position of the defensive midfielder, but he can easily alternate to the position of the center's defender.
The defender, last winter, has been declared Turkey's champion with Besiktas' team.
