In a response following the publication of the U.S. State Department report on Kosovo, O'Connell has declared that Kosovo has no time to lose to establish order and law.
I agree with Ambassador Costnet. Now is the time for Kosovo to show how serious it is for rule of law. There's no time to waste”, O'Connell wrote on the social Twitter network.
The State Department of Human Rights report on the world notes a number of problems in Kosovo during 2018, among them corruption in government structures, threats and violence against journalists and minority members from the rule forces, as well as the return of persons who meet the refugee standard in countries of origin.
