Sadete Popaj started working in the PDK as Kadri Weselin's assistant since he was deputy head of the party and has continued to work even when he became president of the party until he was employed in the CEC.

On June 28th of 2018, she was recruited to the new Security Supervisor post.

Just a month after that, in the BQK, a job was also provided to Hyra Debar, sister of the former PDK delegation Valbona Debra.

The Kosovo Central Bank has said that in both cases, the Commission has assessed them at the maximum.

“Sahadite Popaj has been employed in the BQK under the competition announced on June 20th 2018. While, Entera Debra has been employed according to the competition announced by August 10, 2018. The commission for assessment, after completing the process of recruiting, has estimated that the candidates have achieved the highest number of points from the written test and interviews, so they have been selected for the position, the new Security Supervisor Official and, respectively, in the official position of Human Resources”, said in the BQC's response to KTV.

For all these employment and promotions, the Kosovo Central Bank says they were held in full compliance with all the recruiting standards, were transparent and objective, denying effects by third parties.

“The CEC continues to carry out all its functions with a relatively small number of employees, compared to all other central banks in the region. The number of employees at the CEC is even lower compared to Montenegro's Central Bank, which serves a smaller number of citizens and, like Kosovo, uses the euro as official currency, and has no national currency. In the CBK, there are no waves of employment, but only partial fulfillment of the vacant positions created as a result of pension, staff resignations or development of new positions”, the CEC's response says.
