It's April 2nd International Children's and Youth Book Day. The event will bring together young, book loving readers in this library, beginning at 12: 00 a.m.

For the participating children, these activities are envisioned:

Rhythms of literary works by the authors of the Writers' Test for Children;

Promoting the works of Erin Uniman, writer for children;

The announcement of the three best child essays by the professional jury made up of three writers per child;

Read three winning essays in front of the audience;

) Publishing and promotion of the book “Life Designer” with child essays and its distribution in Pristina schools;

) fun activities and music;

Case taken, etc.

The International Book for Children and Youth Day was first organized in 1966 by IBBY's Jella Lepman (The International Book Board of Children and Youth), the latter of which includes a network of people from around the world who work and try to unite the book with readers.

The IBBY aims to give children from around the world access to books of high artistic value, encourage publications and distribution of quality books for children, and support those who work with children and children's literature.

In this case, ETEA has indicated that they have started working for Kosovo's membership at the International Book Board for Children and Youth (IBBY).

This manifesto comes as co-operation between organisation “ETEA” and library “Hivzi Suljeman” with support from the Pristina municipality./Periscopi/
