It has been made known to T7 Albania's ambassador to Kosovo, Qemajl Minxhozi, who says the plan for building the embassy had not received enough votes in Pristina's municipal Assembly.
Ambassador Minxhozi says he expected Pristina's Municipal Assembly advisers to vote for the construction of the state embassy that represents him, but still does not know why he was voted against.
And the former municipal adviser of PDK's Lirak Celij shows why the party that represents it was opposed to the new object of the Albanian Embassy being built in the pre-arranged location.
The key says Ambassador Minxhozi must feel guilty the way he handled the case.
