The Social Democratic Party has reacted to the ban that has been made to the Labour Inspectorate at the oil company Lab Oil, where Crenar Jemini died while he was working.
This party, estimates the state is in service of millionaires, until it is allowed access to the Labour Inspectorate in this company.
This is the complete response of PSD):
INS ETI WRITER IN MILLIONS
Developments about the tragic death of a worker in the oil company “Lab-Oil” are scandalous.
Since Crenar Jemini lost his life at the workplace, the Labour Inspectorate was not allowed immediate access to the location of the company's event.
This once again proves that the state in Kosovo does not protect the weak. So he has left dozens of job inspectors throughout the country. Nor is he the referee who sees public in any synthesis on the sides of the conflict. It's in the function of commercial and financial capital.
Chief Inspector Basri Ibrahim was left alone. He did not have the strength of the law. The law - rule of law was confirmed this time: It only works for the rich. Legal formulas that create the illusion of equality “all” or “depending on”, that the law is the same for all, can only be true if we are all millionaires. So our experience with him is that of constant malfunction. Actually, it's been different.
We will not stop by repeating that in the company's arrogance in question, we see the lack of union organisation. The Social Democrat Party expresses condolences and solidarity to family members and friends of the deceased. We invite the responsible bodies to investigate the cause of the worker's death in detail and condemn the evental responsibilities.
