No Prosecution Action for Four Ministers Investigated for Water Plant Forgiveness

Besim Beqaj, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, Dardan Gashi, Nenad Rassic are the former signatory ministers of the privatisation file documentation where these plants were pardoned. Two are also currently ministers, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
About a year after the State Prosecutor has issued a decision to start investigations and nearly three years after they had said they were collecting investigation information for “pitaging” even the ministers of the suspected former ministers have not been interviewed.
The prosecutor of the case, Father and Dema, has said they are expecting an expertise to be returned from a foreign state but has not indicated whether suspects have been interviewed.
Former Trade and Industry Minister Mimoza Kusari Lila has said that following the release that the decision to start investigations has not yet been interviewed.
