Political appointments scandals at Behgjet Pacolli Ministry

Based on documents provided by the newspapers, in a several-week investigation, appointments and advances have taken place without the legal procedures and criteria, outside the Commission for Grada and Discipline, and in some cases contrary to the Commission's recommendations.

Ministers Behgjet Pacolli is also stuck in diplomatic rock, not dare to return those who have political or family ties with leaders of the ruling parties.
