Kosovo's Democratic Institute has found that the Ministry of Infrastructure and Bechtel & Enka, have agreed that the latter will extend the deadline for 152 days to complete the work on the Pristina highway BAR Hani of Elez, which enables the Kosovo Government to seek penalties for failing to implement this contract in time.
