Official agenda published celebrating 11th anniversary of Kosovo's independence

On the 11th anniversary of Kosovo's independence, state institutions have organised a range of manifestations.

They will begin on February 16th by February 17th.

Among the main manifestations for the 11th anniversary of the independence declaration will include:

The launch of the Declaration of Independence from the Government's object to the 7 main Kosovo centres.

Positioning artistic works “Independence symbols”, Skenderbeu Square.

Opening local product fair. Placing the state flag into the capital's main districts.

Declaration of Independence

The launch of the Declaration of Independence from the Government of the Republic of Kosovo to the 7 main centres of the Republic of Kosovo: Pristina, Mitrovica, Peja, Prizren, Gjilan, Gjakova, Ferizaj

Note: The launch of statements is ceremonially conveyed by the State Guard, where there will be media coverage. Association to the respective municipalities will be carried out by a Kosovo Police patrol and by a responsible official of each municipality, which will be responsible for placing the Declaration of Independence in the main square of the city by February 18th at 5:00, when the Declaration will be placed in the object of the respective municipality.

Inside the site where exposure is made to the 7-center squares is done by the company contracted by ZKM.

Installing artistic works “Independence symbols” in Skenderbeu Square (in the middle of Skenderbeu's bust and government bars)

Opening the local product fair; end-of-year market at “Adem Jashari” will be adapted to the Independence Market (indirected of the long-term tent with the 11th anniversary logo)

Note: Fictions “Independence symbols” and the local product fair will remain open in squares from February 15th to February 18th, 2019 in the evening.

The poles and flags will be placed in the same dimensions and will have permanent lighting.

Consumption of Kosovo Republic Flag with participation

President, Speaker of the Parliament, Prime Minister and Commander of the KSF.

Note: A new pole will be placed at a height of 10m, between the Parliament building and the permanent lighting government, for the deployment of the state flag that will stay there all the time.

The flag was raised under the intonation of the state anthem by the Kosovo Security Force's Bendi by honour from a reduced platoon of the KSF Ceremonial Guard.

Replacing wreaths in September of the former president, Dr. Ibrahim Rugova with the participation of president, Speaker of Parliament and Prime Minister

Note: The presence of six (6) members of the Guard, who in parallel form will be positioned several meters from September, is necessary. The three leaders position themselves a few meters behind the Guard. The Guard continues until September in parallel, put the wreaths on the wreaths before September and then position themselves beside the crowns. The leaders go straight to the crowns while the Guard honors. The leaders after the crown arrangement, two steps back and honor.

Note: The presence of eight (8) members of the Guard, who in parallel form will be positioned several feet away from the cemetery, is necessary for placing the crowns. The three leaders and KSF command position a few meters behind the Guard. The Guard continues up to the cemetery in parallel, put the wreaths in front of the cemetery, and then position themselves beside the wreaths. The leaders go straight to the crowns while the Guard honors. The leaders after the crown arrangement, two steps back and honor. The return of state leaders from Prekazi to the Republic of Kosovo is organised.
