Parliamentary Group spokesman CDU/ CSU in Bundestag for European politics, Florian Hahn, has talked about the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
Hahn, in an interview for DWA, has said that if Kosovo and Serbia agree that the solution between them is also in changing borders, then the international community should accept it”.
And this is my personal opinion, that when two sovereign states agree to change a common border between each other and that when they are able to take responsibility for their country, then I think the international community should accept it”, Hahn said in this interview with the DI.
He has said his state wants this agreement to be included with the mutual recognition of sovereignty.
This is my personal opinion. Let me say it again: If two sovereign states make a deal with each other and they are able to bear each one responsibility for his country, then the international community must accept that agreement. We want this agreement to be included with the mutual recognition of sovereignty. If this is related to it and if other countries agree to changing the border, then I think at least this agreement doesn't have to be rejected in the country”, he has said further.
