Seeking to find the triggers and offer solutions to this, however, the body warns that Kosovo institutions do not have accurate data on this phenomenon.
Although, the report is still a draft, but in the final phase, there are two reasons why children ask for charity, KTV reports.
During this research, the ombudsman institution has identified that many of these persons on the road to Kosovo come from Albania.
Also, this institution has proposed to Kosovo's Parliament to amend legislation in force, demanding that as many as 5 years now, increase to 18-year-old children who benefit from social schemes.
According to them, the cause of severe conditions, families decide to grow to take advantage of the state pension, which then only complicates the situation more.
Kosovo police have identified cases when parents themselves force children to seek charity or perform other forbidden jobs.
The Media Office of this institution has confirmed to KTV that during 2018 alone, they have made 31 criminal charges at the prosecutor and identified 58 children.
They are victims of criminal acts of mistreatment or abandoned child, and their parents have been suspected of this criminal act.
