As for Albania, Pavlopoulos has stressed that Greece does not object to Tirana's European perspective, but has added that such a prospect requires a self-aware condition of the full and sincere respect of both International and European Law, thus respecting all fundamental human rights, referring once again to the key issue.
The perspective of neighbouring Albania's performance towards the European area is not meant, when, unfortunately, it has not yet rejected those unintelligible demands of the alleged rights of criminals, Nazi collaborators. What should we do, grant justice to Nazi collaborators? We are absolutely sincere, our attitude has nothing revenge. Our stance requires respect for rights and history”, Prokopis Pavlopoulos said.
Even towards northern Macedonia, Pavlopoulos has called for full implementation of the “Prespa Agreement”, while bringing a message to Ankara, asking all Greeks not to have divisions and divisions on national issues. /tch/
