During the day, a BIA Information Service agent was reportedly arrested.
Klan Kosova has contacted officials of the Constitutional Court in Gjilan, but they have had no information that Srba Antiq is a BIA agent.
Court response:
“We have no information that he's a BIA agent. The session for Srba Antic was held on February 17th. There has been a request for custody by Kosovo Special Prosecutor”.
A response to the Constitutional Court in Gjilan says:
“The court has imposed a month-long detention measure. He's suspected of three criminal acts: The introduction of constitutional order, fraud and rowing”, Kosovo conveys.
Antiq has been presented as representative of the Organisation “Dijabeti”.
Klan Kosova has even contacted Special Prosecutor Silas Hoxha, but he told Klan over the phone that “has no information about this event”.
