The sale of such a bill has been under way for years now, but it is not over yet, writes Koha Ditore today.
In the pre-end Parliament legislature, the bill had been finalised, but with the collapse of the Government back to the starting point.
Meanwhile, the current government has adopted the Bill for Child Protection in June last year. Actually he's on the Human Rights Commission, gender equality...
Coalition for Child Rights Protection Director Donjeta Kelmendi has called on MPs not to delay this bill, and as soon as they proceed for approval in the Assembly.
