According to Appeal, there is sufficient evidence for crime organised by former Gjilan and 38 others

According to Apeli's announcement, the Constitutional Court Act in Pec, dated 30.11.2018, has been changed so the defenders' requests for dropping the indictment have been rejected. Now in this legal-penal case, it is continued according to the Penal Procedure Code provisions, ahead of the appointment of the trial hearing.

And B.C., A.P., R.H., F.Z., S.I., N.M., M.A., B.G., A.A., and A.S. are charged with criminal work organised in connection with criminal work misuse of authorisation in the economy.

“The Court of Appeals finds that according to the subject paperwork, in concrete case there is sufficient evidence from which the well-based suspicion results that the defendants committed criminal work in question. So the first-degree court is required to continue with criminal proceedings, administer the evidence, and then make a fair and legal decision”, the statement says.
