Ahmeti: Vuchy's thinking has no legal weight, it's just wasting time

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic's conditions to continue the dialogue only if the tax is lifted and the change of the Trepca statute has been responded to by the negotiator team's co-chairman, Shpend Ahmeti. In a post on the social Facebook network, Ahmeti has written that Serbian president's thoughts have no legal weight.
Serbia's “President has added a new condition for participation in the dialogue when Kosovo stops provoking, as Vuciki has realized in the company's status framework “Trepca”! One thing Vucinqi and all others need to understand: the Republic of Kosovo is an independent and sovereign state, making decisions in a democratic manner and according to institutional procedures Vuciqi can think whatever he wants for Kosovo, but his thoughts have no legal weight. As a result, he is wasting time. Such decisions may even disrupt his plan. But yet this is not and cannot be the concern of Kosovo”, Ahmeti wrote.
He has said that Kosovo is willing to continue the dialogue, and Serbia decides whether to participate in this process.
But according to him, the Serbian state will never use dialogue to deny the Republic of Kosovo.
Kosovo is ready to dialogue. That's why we're making almost all necessary documents (Delegation, Law, Platform). It is Serbia's decision on how to prepare for this dialogue. It is also Serbia's decision on whether to become part of the dialogue. But there is no way to use dialogue to deny the Republic of Kosovo, the country's institutional sovereignty”, Shpend Ahmeti has written.
The co-chairman of dialogue at the end has said dialogue is to complete the open topic with Serbia, which is the non-recognition and rejection of the Republic of Kosovo.
In this dialogue we go to close the open issue we have with Serbia, which is the non-recognition of the Republic of Kosovo's citizenship. This defines the character of dialogue. Another goal from this dialogue is not ours. And the other goal of this dialogue we don't accept”, has ended Shpend Ahmeti posting it on Facebook.
Otherwise, according to Vuciqi, dialogue can continue when Pristina, as he said, stops provocations, and in particular the attempt to change the Trepca statute that estimates it is the kidnapping of Serbian property.
In the communiqué released for the media after meeting with Grand Britain Ambassador to Belgrade Denis Kiff, Vuciq, has said Serbia will always be committed to peace and stability in the region.
