The Constitutional Court in Gjilan has declared a conviction case against indictees E. E. in the six-month term of imprisonment and consecutive punishment, the prohibition of a one-year long-term profession, from the day the trial takes its strict form.
The accused on the date of 22.05.2012 in the doctor's quality of the Regional Hospital in Gjilan has demanded and accepted cash in the amount of 30 euros from the damaged L. H. For launching three expert reports.
The accused has been tried for this work years ago, but the Court of Appeals has restored the subject to retrial.
