According to Wessel, Kosovo cannot look for the blame, neither at the internationals nor at the Serbian state, but to itself, because as he said, the International Union is not looking seriously at us”.
The International Union acts when you see seriousness in us. When you see that there's a difference between us then there's a reason why you're doing it, one does it and the other stops it. I had no claim to either the international community or the Serbian state because they committed genocide”, Vessel said.
