When Vjosa Osmani insisted that the post of president be no part of political bargaining

The Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) and the Vetevendosje Movement (LVV) are aiming to reach agreements to co-government, but now there appears to be disagreements regarding the division of ministries, as well as the position of president. Although, of both parties, they had stated at least publicly, that they would not discuss positions like that [...]
During the campaign for the October 6th snap elections, LDK's nominated LDK's name for Prime Minister Vjosa Osmani had said that the president's case should not be part of the political bargains, and that at the head of the presidency there should be some acceptable candidate from other parties, not only from the VV's LDK.
“actually has a long time since I have insisted that the president's case be not part of the political bargains we have always insisted that the president's position is not part of sharing positions in the coalition, but that we have some kind of preliminary agreement to have a consensus candidate, it would be best to accept even broader than our first” has said Osmani during campaign time.
The question is, meanwhile, about how much the candidate's positions for prime minister of this party matter to the LDK.
From this standpoint it turns out that Vjosa Osmani is not part of the decisions made in the LDK because at the last meeting the president's position was one of the reasons the agreement was not reached.
Mustafa's statements implied that Osman would be part of the meetings between him and Albin Kurti, but his actions were different. Since the meetings between Mustafa and Kurti have moved to what they themselves call the highest level, which was assumed that this énivel discussed the division of ruling positions, Osman was no longer part of these meetings.
Even so, LDK chairman Isa Mustafa, nThe show Life in Coseau declared that at the level of working groups, Osman did not lead the dialogue once at that level, dialogue was not guided by Albin Kurti by VV's,
If he had led Albin Kurti, we had been, and that was me and this”, Mustafa said.
The president's case is already a topic of discussion at the level of the meetings Mustafa Kurti. The first (Mustafa) on many television presentations has stated that this issue should be clarified and should be the point of agreement between the two parties.
The last to have provided an offer, how the LDK could give this position in negotiations with the VV, is Agim Veliu, LDK deputy chairman who has declared yesterday that this party can grant the position of VV President and the position of prime minister. /Periscope.
