The so-called director for Kosovo in Serbia's government, Marko Djurovic, has again spoken of Recak, calling him an anti-terrorism action in Recak's massacre.
He, in the context of reactions to the Serbian opposition, has said there is a synchronized silence against Recak and the conviction for this event by the judicial bodies in Pristina.
“The criticised opposition to Recak and the persecution being done to Ivan Todosijevich shows once again that they are not an option in front of the current government, but are to stay in opposition, Tanjug writes, Periskopi translates.
Djuric has said that the Serbian opposition's appeal to Pristina's brutal campaign portraying the anti-terrorism action in Recak as genocide against Albanians, but also Todosijevic's sentence, is no surprise.
Otherwise, a little earlier, Goran Rakiqi of the Serbian List came in the same line as Djurovic, throwing similar charges against the opposition in Serbia.
The ongoing resolutions against Serbs in Kosovo and institutional violence that are translated into judicial decisions by Albanians who are condemning Serbs without any evidence are going unnoticed by the opposition in Belgrade”, Rakiq said, Tanjug, translates Periscopi.
Denying Recak's massacre by the Serbian state has recently sparked multiple reactions.
Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, earlier this week, remained in Recak, where, among other things, he said the internationals with their silence are braved Serbia to deny genocide in Kosovo.
“International Affairs and not their visit here, especially to Recak, which emphasises that it is the culmination of massacres by the Serbian state, has opened the mouth and amnised Serbia's current leadership to proudly claim to deny crimes against humanity and genocide in Kosovo”, said President Thaci./Periscopi/
