Sex less enjoyable with age: Why?
A new study in the United Kingdom, published on the Internet in July, tries to find reasons.
If biological reasons are often hot bubbles, sleep concerns, vaginal dryers, and painful relationships. Psychological factors include concerns about body image, perceived self-confidence and desire, stress, mood changes and relationship problems.

Other reasons are a partner's medical conditions and sexual dysfunction. Or women's physical health problems, symptoms related to menopaus, and prescribed medications. Problems related, logistics, and perception of aging have more often contributed to low lust. Only 3% of participants described positive sexual experiences. While only 6% sought medical assistance for sexual problems.

“Challenges related to sexual health are common among women”, thus says Dr. Stephanie Faubion, NMS medical director. Moreover, the problems associated with menopausis as vaginal drought and sexual pain have been identified as problems that affect sexual function. However, some women require treatment for these problems, despite the availability of effective therapies”.
In short, the problem of the lowest frequency of sexual relations can have many solutions. But it's important to start talking about it with experts. And instead of giving up sexual pleasure. In that sense, some readings that break taboos can be beneficial!
