Andrey Kondrasov has said that the purpose of his visit to Kosovo is to establish a documentary on American and Russian meetings in our country, but doubts are that “ai under journalist's clothing is intended to collect sensitive information that could undermine the security of the Republic of Kosovo”.
Andrey Kondrasov has recently led the Vest Nedeli (Weans of Java) programme, while in January 2018, he has become spokesman for Russian President Vladimir Putin's election campaign headquarters.
He is the author of several documentary films, including the film “Krima, the path to home”, which focuses on events in 2014, during the Crimea annex.
This film presents a lengthy interview with Russian President Putin. Kondrasov was also among the journalists decorated by the Russian president, Putin, for covering “objective” of the Crimean events. He is also the author of the documentary film, titled “Putin”, which consists of a series of interviews with the latter.
This film also includes interviews with Russian Prime Minister Dimitry Medvedev, Security Council Secretary Nikolay Ptrusev, the former German scientist and the former Italian prime minister. Photo: Russian President Vladimir Putin and Andrey Kondrasha.
Kondrasov along with a team of 5 people yesterday have entered Kosovo through Adem Jashari Airport with regular Schengen visa procedures and with an alleged authorisation from the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Today they were heading towards the airport to film allegedly for a television documentary, but the allegations are that it under the journalist's clothing has intentions to collect sensitive information that could damage the security of the Republic of Kosovo.
The RTK team has met with Kondrasov and has asked what the purpose of the visit they are making to Kosovo.
We have come to Kosovo to make a documentary film about Kosovo for the meetings of Russians and Americans in Kosovo”, says Kondrasov.
The commander of the Kosovo Police in Aeroport, Shpend Maliqi, the person accompanying Kondrasov has asked if they have permission to shoot in the airport area, but the latter did not own such a permit.
However, after verifying the documentation, Kosovo Police team of Russian journalists were ordered not to film and leave the airport area.
The Adem Jashar airport area appears to be highly relevant to one of the leading people of Russian President Vladimir Putin, as despite the Kosovo Police's command they insisted on filming again.
Jethlir Zyberaj, adviser to incumbent Foreign Affairs Minister Behgjet Pacolli, tells Kosovo Press that they are not familiar with this person, however, according to him, MPJ only gives permission to top Serbian officials, based on the Brussels agreement.
The ministry of foreign affairs gives permission only to top Serbian officials, under the Brussels agreement. Other people who have Schengen visas may be introduced in Kosovo or those who do not have Schengen visa requirements for visa equipment”, he says.
Zoberaj, among other things, says those who do not have stops are treated according to standard procedures.
All persons who have no stops are treated according to standard procedures. If that person has a Schengen visa then he can enter Kosovo because a preliminary verification is made by EU authorities”, Zyberaj adds to Kosova Preris.
In this regard, Avni Islami, professor of security issues, says it is the task of the Intelligence Agency in Kosovo to keep these people under control, in case the same tends to commit illegal acts.
The “is not innovation, but from the end of the war from 99 to the present, each state is a friend or an enemy in our country has operative workers or agents of their intelligence services, which receive necessary information, abundant what they care about. In the concrete case of both Serbia and the Russian state, Putin's government is interested in having its agents in Kosovo, both through nongovernmental organisations and through journalism, and they work to collect information so that there can be from the site of the event what is estimated at”, Islam says.
According to him, any visit by a Russian or Serbian citizen should be taken with reservations and doubts.
Otherwise, the British newspaper <x0);MER” had published an article last year, where exactly Andrey Kondrasov was presented as Putin's chief of propaganda for elections in Russia.
In Moldova's state of Kondrasov is a non-grata person.
