Among them are officials and builders who are charged with abuse of office, deliberate murder, murder in other qualitative circumstances, and counterfeiting documents.
The detainees are:
- Arben Isaac, 42, former director of A. LLUIZNIA Durres, suspected author of criminal activity “Use of task”.
-Klajdi Lame, 32, in the quality of Inspector Urban Inspectorate Durres, at the 6-story building site, located in District No. 6, “The Union” society, where two citizens lost their lives, suspected author of criminal activity “Use of task”.
-Albrend Qetka, 35, in the quality of field verification specialist near A LLUIZNIA, Durres, at the 6-story palace facility, located in district No. 6, “The Union” society, where two citizens lost their lives, suspected author of criminal activity “Use of task”.
We remembered Hasa, 53, in the quality of the interior ministry's home house service chief, suspected as author of criminal work “assassination by will”.
-Ahmet Doda, 52, in the quality of the interior ministry's holiday house director, suspected author of criminal activity “Use of task”.
Rruzki Jaka, 79, in the quality of the informal builders at the “Hotel Mira Mare”, where 2 citizens lost their lives, suspected author of the criminal act “Death under other quading circumstances”.
Avdula Osmani, 61, in the quality of the later illegally legalized informal builders of the “Hotel Tropical”, where 2 Kosovo citizens lost their lives, suspected author of criminal work “Death under other qualitative circumstances”.
Defrem Celami, 44, in the quality of the specialist who has compiled the technical expertise act at the 6-story palace facility, which is located in district No. 6, “The Union” society, where two citizens lost their lives, suspected author of criminal activity “Use of duty.
Nevyana Isufi, 45, who with her private studio drafted extinguishing projects, waxed author of criminal acts “Using task” and “Forging document”
Durres Police Director Lawrence Shehu also stated that 8 other people have been declared on the run, as they are abroad. They have left Albania at the moment of the earthquake. Shehu, however, explained that it is not a deconspiration of the investigation.
“In the meantime, continued ongoing work on the ground of finding and stopping other persons for whom the prosecution has issued a warrant, but due to the investigation, we do not let their generals know. We stress the fact that some of the people for whom the prosecution issued a warrant have left out of the state shortly after the earthquake hit”, the director of Durres Police said.
Under these investigations, the Durres Prosecutor has issued 17 warrants so far. /tvclean.al/
