The Constitutional Court in Gjakova has sentenced him to 500 euros in fines charged with violating voter secrecy, Klara Nikolbibyj.
Under the trial pronounced by the court's chairman, Judge Shacir Zika has proved that the indictment committed the criminal act he was charged with.
According to Judge Zika, accused Nikollbyj, it is mandatory to pay the fine in the 15 days term, following the integrity of this act, reports “Justice Vow”.
He announced to the parties that against this bias they have a right to complaint at the Court of Appeals in the 15-day term, after taking it in written form.
The accused Nikolbyj was declared not to plead guilty at the initial session held on 16 November of this year.
Otherwise, according to the pre-conventional Prosecution Act in Gjakova, Klarra Nikollbibyj is tasked with criminal work “censing the secrecy of the vote” by Article 215 paragraph 1 of KPRK.
