The communist country has said it belongs to Washington to decide “what kind of Christmas gift” will receive from Pyongyang at the end of this year.
Kim Jong-un's administration has tried to increase pressure on the United States in order to free itself of willful economic sanctions, saying it will no longer continue with its deregularised programme, writes Independent, translate Periscope.
