The maturat indicted the Ministry of Education and the National Evidence Agency after requiring a change in the results of the exam in Albanian and Literature class at the state maturity 2014. During the trial, Armando claimed he did not get the points he deserved, and thus was denied the right to continue higher studies at the Law School at the University of Tirana.
So he proposed the idea of reevaluating the test, but not by the same commission.
Top Channel has secured the decision of the first-instance administrative court, where the indictee, the Evidence Agency, argued that all the 18-year-old alternatives questions at the time were correctly assessed by the Commission. While in the developmental questions, the answer has not been fully assessed by two certified experts and none other than the assessments specified by the AKP can correct. By contrast, the case of Armando Joci would violate the independence of the appreciative, the indictee, and would also set precedents for all seniors.
The prom process would never end, the argument follows, and raises the question of what would be the mechanism that would decide that correction made by two other estimateers would be more objective than the first two? For this reason, the Evidence Agency adds, the senior regulation does not reevaluate tests. Based on the evidence presented, Judge Bernina Kondi decided to drop the request to the seniors, resulting in the loss of an academic year for Armandon and protection of the idea of senior exams cannot be reevaluated. / TCh/
