In Tirana, Kosovo and Serbia's top inspectors clashed at a regional conference that ended the work Friday.
Serbs had tried to speak on behalf of Kosovo, and that was not allowed by Kosovars.
Representatives from Kosovo and Serbia did not leave here without a crash either, are the top inspectors of the two countries that have been lashed out at the High-level Conference for Reforming Inspections in the Western Balkans according to EU standards.
According to MTIA Chief Inspector Lulzim Syla, the Serbian Chief Inspector tried to speak on behalf of Kosovo, and that the same address was to him from Albania that Kosovo is as agreed.
This had made Syla nervous, seeing how Kosovo was being bypassed
Syla shows that he has told her that Kosovo has been declared a state on February 17th, and I speak on behalf of the state of Kosovo, Klan Kosova reports.
