The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has today filed charges at the Constitutional Court in Pristina against the F.D. defendant for the criminal act of organisation and participation in the terrorist group.
Special Prosecutor through a communique reports that the F.D. defendant, on September 22, 2014, in order to participate in the activities of terrorist groups, I SIS, in Syria, acting deliberately and knowingly on its actions, from Pristina has headed towards the border point of the Elez Khan, where it left Kosovo and from Skopje Airport has travelled straight to Istanbul.
