Top Ibrahim Rugova: The VV flirts with LDK in hunger for founder's day

The Vetevendosje movement has congratulated the Democratic League of Kosovo on its 30th anniversary.

The LVV's tour also mentions the name of the LDK founder, former President Ibrahim Rugova.

Thirty years ago it was a difficult time: 1989 was a year of neglecting Kosovo's autonomy by the Milosevic regime, prisons across Serbia and Yugoslavia were filled with Albanians, while demonstrations in Kosovo became powerful and frequent. And the federation was broken up, and the people sought the republic, The LDK was born as political, social and intellectual movement, led by Dr. Ibrahim Rugova.
