The accused has been convicted and sentenced to jail terms for 25 years, in which the sentence is counted as the time spent in detention since 05.10.2018.
S. Z-S is charged by the prosecution that on the day of 21.09.2018, about 08.30 at her apartment 39 A Grande Rue in Dole France, where they were even living, she had deliberately deprived her mate of life cruelly now of the deceased, striking him with axes at least 11 times in the neck, and that these violent acts have caused head cuts, where she had remained attached to the trunk with only a thin piece of her skin.
With a special decision to indictee S. The Z-S continues to be in custody until the court takes a formal form, but no more than the time of the sentence pronounced by this sentence.
Against this ruling the side is entitled to complaint at the Kosovo Court of Appeals.
