Acting Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has declared it very important for the Constitutional Court to speed up making a decision on the Law for the Salat.
Haradinaj believes the Law for the Salaries, suspended by the Constitutional Court the day before, is constitutional and fair. He said he understands all trade unions' concerns that have warned or entered the strike.
The important thing is that even though there is a decision to suspend the law, the Constitutional Court will speed up making a decision. Thus, the suspension time is not binding if the decision comes, so at the time of the decision to assume that the Constitutional Court recognizes that constitutional law immediately comes into force, so it is far more important to cut short the timing of the decision because it is a sensitive subject. I also understand the concern of all who have warned or started strikes, but I very much hope that in the shortest term the Constitutional Court will make decision, because this law we believe is not only constitutional but very fair and is legitimate as law”, Haradinaj told Kosovas.
Those remarks by incumbent Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj have taken place after the reviews he made in September of hero Muje Krasniqi in Cline on the 21st anniversary of his fall.
