Haradinaj reasons how Kosovo Reserve Fund spent

Acting Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj said the Kosovo Government Reserve Fund's spending has been made with high “rationality, according to needs and in line with law”.

Through a Facebook text, he said that tools have been shared from this fund to help farmers from the floods, to pay for additional hours of firemen and similar situations, and that the fund has been spent after the separation of vehicles for Albania after the earthquake.

Haradinaj added that other governments have shared more than sevenm euros from this fund.

“The reserve fund of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo is a fund that covers expenses that do not have a budget line and which are not initially envisioned in the annual financial budget. Ratdom, in this category, for a year financial divides about 5m euros, until depending on the outcome and need, this fund is repaid, after budgetary arrangements, initiated by the Ministry of Finance and approved by the Government. In almost every year, including the years in which others ruled, the total amount of separation, either initial or later, exceeds over 7 million euros”.
