A new study by British researchers shows that sex and sleep are the most important when it comes to happiness and well-being, while money affects them.
The study has included 8,250 Britons and has shown that increased personal income had had little effect on the face of happiness, while quality of sleep and sexual life had been closely linked to feelings of happiness and well - being.
People who slept well in this study had 15 points more on the happiness index than those who slept enough.
Meanwhile, people who were declared dissatisfied with sexual life had had 7 points less on the index of happiness than those with a satisfying sexual life.
For those who had increased their personal income by 550 percent, their happiness index had increased by only two points.
Other factors that are more important than money when it comes to happiness are life in a good community, job security, and the health of relatives.
