The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, November 19, 2019, has filed an indictment against Florinda Zymer, due to criminal acts “organisation and participation in terrorist group”, from Article 143, paragraph 2 of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code.
According to the indictment filed by the PSRK, it is accused of willingly, on 23 August 2014, via the International Airport “Adem Jashari” in Pristina, leaving its permanent residence in the Republic of Kosovo to continue flying to the city of Istanbul of the Republic of Turkey.
P The SRK claims these actions were taken by the indictment in order to travel through the territory of the Republic of Turkey to Iraq and Syria in order to join the terrorist organisation “ISIS”, which was fighting and causing violence from widespread persecution in the killings in these countries, this organisation declared terrorist by the UN.
Otherwise, the accused was part of the Syrian-run group of women on April 24th this year.
