LVV leader Albin Kurti and LDK leader Isa Mustafa have held successive meetings over the past week, but so far have failed to reach co-governance agreements.

Since the post of president has already been turned into “of the row” between the two sides, political analysts do not rule out the possibility that the constitutional session finds without a full LVV agreement and LDK.

Vetevendosje Movement leader (LVV) Albin Kurti and the Kosovo Democratic League (LDK) Isa Mustafa has held a series of marathon meetings over the past week, but has failed to have their negotiations crowned a final agreement.

The only reconciliation that has been filed by the meetings of the two parties is the agreement to frequently multiply meetings, aimed at melting the existing differences between them.

Although they did not meet at all Sunday, Kurti and Mustafa continue to have opposing positions regarding the president's post, Zeri writes.

While the LDK is seeking to assume the position of chief of state, Vetevendosje Movement is continuing to insist that the post of president should not become part of the new governance agreement.

Why is it that the Assembly Constitution session has been called for December 26th by President Hashim Thaci, political affairs connoisseurs speculate that LVV and LDK will manage to deal with each other before that date.
