A Regional Medical Centre spokesman announced on Twitter that the centre had taken care of 25 injured people, one of whom was in serious condition.
Police also released photos of the clashes, showing upside-down and crashed cars.
Car drivers are required to take care of driving, especially on bridges because of ice and fog.
