Six women, 12 children and seven men have arrived in Sarajevo, who have so far been in Syrian camps and prisons.
Bosnia and Herzegovina police have confiscated the news.
Their trip to Sarajevo Airport has been made through a non-aligned flight, border police said.
Police, social services, and medical teams have received repatriated persons at the airport, conducting all procedure checks, such as blood testing and other medical tests.
After these procedures, all women and children will be sent to the asylum centre in Delijas near Sarajevo.
They are expected to stay in this centre for up to 15 days, and will later be reunited with their families.
The seven men have been deported from Syria prisons in Bosnia, given orders issued by INTERPOL and local organs.
Criminal proceedings in accordance with the law will continue against them.
All the repatriateds -- women, children and men -- lived on territory controlled by the terrorist Islamic State organisation (IS).
After being apprehended, some of them lived for more than two years in refugee camps or prisons in territory controlled by Kurdish forces, and others were sent to camps or prisons only after the IS was defeated in March 2019.
A group of experts made up of the Ministry of Security, the Foreign Ministry, and other relevant state agencies and institutions have previously worked on preparations for the repatriation of these citizens from Syria, as well as on their rehabilitation and reintegration programmes.
