Two children have become key witnesses in an investigative process, launched against a foster mother in the village of SOS, placed under investigation for mistreating minors.
After recording on the phone the cries of a child of ten years of age who was being violated, as well as a nursing mother, both girls have placed the recording of Mimoza Manaj, who has immediately been directed to the number one commissioner and the call.
