Albanian presents Kosovo war for first time at Canadian Museum

In an interview it shows that the Canadian Museum for Human Rights is the world's first human rights-dedicated museum. Fortunately, this museum is built in Winnipeg, a town more than 400 Albanians consider home.

The ability to tell our story at this museum would give an important perspective on our efforts to freedom and resistance to multi-year-old occupation. It would also educate Canadians or museum visitors about the consequences and pain that our people continue to suffer as a result of this tragic war. So, as a community, we're going to try to make this exchange of our experience present to the CMHR, because our resistance and recovery from such a struggle will add to the value of debates about human rights advancement,” said Buguyevci.
